Walter Melnyk, P.Eng.
Position: President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Melnyk has worked as a professional geologist for 30 years. Mr. Melnyk worked for Esso Minerals Canada before moving to Winspear Diamonds in 1993. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Melnyk was Project Manager with Winspear Diamonds Inc. and part of the exploration team that discovered the Snap Lake diamond deposit. He has also served as a Director and Explorations manager for Poplar Resources until the company's amalgamation with Nordic Diamonds Ltd. He brings a wide range of experience in diamond and mineral exploration to Nordic. In addition to his corporate responsibilities he will be acting as Explorations Manager for the Company.

| Alvin Jackson, P.Geo.
Position: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Jackson is a professional geologist with more than 30 years of exploration experience in North America and abroad. Prior to forming Nordic Diamonds with Mr. Melnyk, Mr. Jackson was President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Eurozinc Mining Corp. Prior to this Mr. Jackson was Explorations Manager for Amoco Minerals/Cyprus Minerals group.
Mr. Jackson's credentials include the development of the Aljustrel Project and the acquisition of the Neves Corvo copper mine for Eurozinc Mining. Eurozinc is now a large major producer of copper and zinc with a market capital of over $1.2b dollars. Mr Jackson has also been involved in the exploration, drilling and prefeasibility studies of 3 other exploration projects that are all now producing mines.

| Tanuja de Silva
Position: Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary
Ms. De Silva has worked in the area of corporate and regulatory compliance for several resource-based companies. She worked with Poplar Resources Ltd. since 1994, including the position of Chief Financial Officer. She is now responsible for the financial, regulatory and administrative activities of the Company. Ms De Silva is considered an expert in equity financing instruments.

| Wayne Melvin, MA
Position: Director
Mr. Wayne Melvin, MA, has consulted to private and public companies in corporate development and finance, corporate communications and investor relations for the past 25 years.
Mr. Melvin served with Poplar Resources Ltd. from 1995 until the company's amalgamation in 2003 with Nordic Diamonds Ltd He continues to serve on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of the Company. Mr. Melvin is also a partner in Mining Interactive Corp. an investor relations firm consulting to the mining industry.

| Garnet Dawson P.Geo
Position: Director
Mr.Dawson is a professional geologist with 25 years of domestic and international exploration experience. Before joining Red Dragon Resources Corporation as Vice president of Exploration in 2007, Mr Dawson spent the previous ten years with EuroZinc Mining Corporation. During this time Mr Dawson was part of the team that developed the Aljustrel zinc project and purchased the Neves-Corvo copper mine which transformed EuroZinc from a junior explorer to a mid tier base metal producer.

Position: Director
Mr. Somani is president of Meridian Newcastle Group, a privately owned investment company with various business interests in real estate investment, development and venture capital. Mr. Somani is an entrepreneur bringing extensive experience in corporate finance, business management and corporate strategy. His extensive experience as an entrepreneur makes him an excellent addition to the board of Nordic.
